Only the date, so far, but mark your calendars anyway! Our planning meeting is scheduled for Thursday August 25, 7:30 pm at 41 Arco Way.

Volunteers are needed for this event, so come out and get involved in your community!

If you would like to volunteer but are unable to come to the meeting, see the list below for examples of ways to help out and let us know!

High School students: This is an easy and fun way to get some of your volunteer hours!

Help needed with:

Set up (late morning or early afternoon)

Food set up (before dinner 4:00pm)

Corn husking

Making coffee

Registration and refreshments table - a good way to meet your neighbours!

Childrens games

Clean up

Coolers needed
