Evening… come back and relax by the fire; bring instruments for a casual sing-along.
Cleanup… Sunday morning at 10:00am
On the day of the corn roast, please help by:
· Bringing potluck dessert to the garage of 2 Bie Street during the day on Saturday.
· Joining the bike parade, blowing up balloons.
· Help out with children’s games set up or during event.
· Taking a shift at the registration/snack sales table.
· Husking corn - drop by the cooking area mid-afternoon.
· Coolers – Please label and deliver Saturday morning to the park.
· Teenagers who need volunteer hours this is a great opportunity to get some hours.
· Thanking the many volunteers that make this event possible.
